  4. Have your next 1:1 discipleship meeting before our May 10th gathering and share: â€‹â€‹â€‹

    • What has God been teaching you in His Word? (Devotional time highlights)​​

    • Scripture memory review

    • Areas of accountability

    • Discuss your list of 3-5 potential people to disciple and your plan to have 1:1's with at least two of these people.

  5. Finish Strong! Complete all assignments and watch all videos of class sessions you may have missed.​

  6. Our final DMI gathering and celebration is Saturday, May 10th 9:30am-2:30pm at Trinity Baptist Church.

Due April 19th

  1. Continue Devotional Time and Scripture Memory.​

  2. ​Initiate a minimum of three spiritual conversations.

  3. Review the Bible Study "Called to Make Disciples" in Meeting #7 in the Discipleship Series Booklet.

  4. Share your testimony and the Bridge Illustration with an unbelieving friend.

  5. Have your next 1:1 discipleship meeting before our April 19th gathering and share: â€‹â€‹â€‹

    • What has God been teaching you in His Word? (Devotional time highlights)​​

    • Scripture memory review

    • Areas of accountability

    • Share key insights/points of application from the Trusting God Bible Study.

    • Discuss your plan to share Christ with unbelieving friends. Pray for boldness and opportunities.​

  6. Our next DMI gathering is Saturday, April 19th 9:30am-12:30pm at Trinity Baptist Church.

Due March 15th

  1. Continue devotional time and Scripture memory

    • Review: Philippians 4:6-7, John 15:7, 2 Timothy 3:16, Joshua 1:8, Romans 12:1, John 14:21, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 2:20

    • Add: Matthew 4:19 and Romans 1:1

  2. Do Trusting God Bible Study​

  3. 30-Foot Great Commission

    • Spend time praying for the people on your Evangelism Prayer List.

    • Intentionally spend time with a few people on this list over the next weeks/months.

    • If possible, share your testimony, or the Bridge Illustration with them.

  4. Take a Prayer Walk around your neighborhood: ​

    • Ask God to move your heart to compassion for the harassed and helpless around you (Matt 9:36).​​

    • Ask God, "to send out workers into His harvest field." (Matt. 9:37-38)

  5. Have a regular devotional time with God:

    • Follow a Bible Reading Plan.​

    • Use the SOAP method.

    • Share a highlight from your Bible reading with a friend or family member.

  6. Have your next 1:1 discipleship meeting before our March15th meeting:​

    • Share with each other about your lives over the past month.

    • Share highlights from your devotional time.​

    • Scripture memory review

    • Practice sharing your testimony and work to finalize it.

    • Pray together.

  7. Participate in your monthly small group meeting.​

Due February 15th

  1. Continue devotional time and Scripture memory

    • Review: John 15:7, 2 Timothy 3:16, Joshua 1:8, Romans 12:1, John 14:21, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 2:20

    • Add: 1 John 1:3, Hebrews 10:24-25

    • Memorize Romans 6:23 in preparation for The Bridge Illustration training at our next meeting.

  2. Read "The One-Verse Bridge Illustration" and "How to Give Your Testimony."

  3. Do Bible Study God's Role and Our Role In Evangelism

    • Study the Scriptures to understand God's role and our role in evangelism.​

    • Note any questions to discuss with your discipler.

  4. 30-Foot Great Commission

    • Continue to develop your Evangelism Prayer List (5-10 people in your family/relational network).​

    • Pray for those on your list to come to Christ.

    • See the Holy Spirit's guidance in connecting with them intentionally.

  5. Have a regular devotional time with God:

    • Follow a Bible Reading Plan.​

    • Use the SOAP method.

    • Share a highlight from your Bible reading with a friend or family member.

  6. Have your next 1:1 discipleship meeting before our February 15th meeting:​

    • Share with each other about your lives over the past month.

    • Share highlights from your devotional time.​

    • Scripture memory review

    • Discuss people on your Evangelism Prayer List and ways you are seeking to build relationships with them.

    • Pray together for the people on your Evangelism Prayer List.

  4. Have a regular devotional time with God:

    • Follow a Bible Reading Plan​

    • Use the SOAP method

  5. Have your next 1:1 discipleship meeting before our December 14th meeting:​

    • Share with each other about your lives over the past month.

    • Share highlights from:

      • Your devotional time

      • Meeting #5 in the Discipleship Study book

    • Discuss any accountability areas​

    • Practice sharing Word Hand Illustration

    • Scripture Memory Check-Up

    • Pray together

  4. Have a regular devotional time with God:

    • Follow a Bible Reading Plan​

    • Use the SOAP method

  5. Have your next 1:1 discipleship meeting before our November 16th meeting:​

    • Share with each other about your lives over the past month.

    • Share highlights from:

      • Your devotional time

      • "Growing as a Disciple" in Meeting #3.

    • Scripture Memory Check-Up

    • Pray together

  6. Participate in your monthly small group meeting.

Due October 19th

  1. Complete the Bible Studies "What is a Disciple?" and "Growing as a Disciple" (found in your Discipleship Study Book, Meetings 2 & 3).

  2. Read and take notes on "The Master Plan of Evangelism" (Preface and chapters 1 & 2).

  3. Develop a daily devotional plan and record what you are learning. Consider using the SOAP Method (Scripture, Observation(s), Application(s), Prayer) during your devotional time.

  4. Memorize the first two verses in the Topical Memory System. Topic - Christ the Center (2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 2:20)

  5. Have your one-to-one discipleship meeting, and virtual small group meeting, prior to our October 19th virtual gathering.

Due September 21st

  1. Read or Listen to "Born to Reproduce"

  2. Read or listen to "The Need of the Hour"
